I am drinking the yummiest smoothie ever. ~200 calories. Here goes:
Toss everything in a blender, blend until frothy. Drink the delicious concoction and enjoy! It’s like apple pie in a glass.

Quinoa Pudding… must make one day
I think the froth makes this smoothie.
Sauteed onions and quinoa with chili flakes, salt, ground pepper.
Used as the filling for an omelette.
So good.
